Building Access / Restrooms
ADA – The EnCana Events Centre is an ADA-compliant building. Disabled patrons are suggested to make their requests ahead of time by calling 250-782-7440.
Address – The address of EnCana Events Centre is #1, 300 Highway #2 Dawson Creek, BC V1G 0A4.
Alcohol – Alcohol and beer will be served at most EnCana Events Centre events to those 19 years and older, and everyone may be required to show proof of age. No alcohol will be allowed to be brought in or out of the Arena.
ATM –ATMs are located on the main concourse of EnCana Events Centre
Assisted listening devices- Patrons are suggested to make their requests ahead of time by calling 250-782-7440.
Baby changing stations – Baby changing stations are located in four restrooms on the main concourse in each corner of EnCana Events Centre. There are additional changing stations located in the main lobby restrooms, as well as suite level restrooms.
Backstage passes – The EnCana Events Centre has no access to backstage passes as they are only supplied by the touring acts.
Bag check – All bags (camera bags, purses, backpacks, etc) will be subject to search upon entering EnCana Events Centre. Please have your bag ready for search before you get to the turnstiles to accelerate the process.
Banners/Signs – Banners and signs are welcome at EnCana Events Centre as long as it does not disrupt the view or experience of any other fan and the content is tasteful. Banners and signs are subject to search and may be confiscated if messages are inappropriate. Banner poles and sign sticks are not permitted.

Drop Off / Pick up Area – There is a drop off / pick up area on the South side (main entrance) of the EnCana Events Centre.
Entrances – The main entrance for the general public
for the EnCana Events Centre is located on the South side of the building.
For VIP Suite owners and Club Seat owners the entrance is on the North
side of the building beside the pool entrance. See Parking
Map.
Elevators – For your convenience, there is one elevator located in main foyer which provides access to all three levels of the facility.
Emergencies – For emergencies during an EnCana Events Centre event, please call 911.
Feedback – We value your feedback! There are many ways to provide feedback to the EnCana Events Centre staff. Visiting #1-300 Highway 2 Dawson Creek BC stop by the EnCana Events Centre Box Office during normal business hours or during an event, or call 250-782-7440 during normal business hours. Link out
First Aid – There are two (2) first aid locations, the first is located in the main administration office located behind the Tiger Box Office Plus. The second is located in the South East corner of the building near the Operations offices.
Door Open Times –Typically gates open 1 hour prior to event time, unless otherwise noted.
Lost and Found – If you lost an item at an EnCana Events Centre event, please call the Tiger Box Office Plus 250-782-7443 to claim your item.

Prohibited Items – Prohibited items include but are not
limited to: outside food or drink, carry bags or backpacks, bottles or
cans, containers, illegal substances, incendiary devices, weapons of any
type, strollers, banner sticks or flag poles, artificial noise making devices,
laser pointers, helium balloons, audio or video recorders, pets other than
service animals, cameras, or items the contents of which cannot be inspected
or displayed. See Code Of Conduct.
Refunds – There are no refunds available for any EnCana Events Centre event, unless otherwise specified by EnCana Events Centre management.
Re-entry –The EnCana Events Centre enforces a no re-entry policy during paid events in the facility. Anyone leaving the EnCana Events Centre during a paid event will not be allowed to re-enter the building without purchasing a new ticket. Any exceptions must be approved by the Centre's Director or his/her designee.
The only re-entry into the Arena is from the designated “Smoking Area, (through doors designated at Section 103 and the NW Stairwell on suite level) unless specifically mentioned on the event ticket. When a person leaves the building, they may not re-enter unless authorized by management or an Event Supervisor.
Restrooms – There are four restrooms located on the concourse level of EnCana Events Centre, two on the suite level, one in the lower lobby and one in the main foyer.
Security – If you need security during an EnCana Events Centre event, please contact the usher in your seating section.
Service Animals – Service Animals are allowed inside EnCana Events Centre. However, we ask that all fans who plan on bringing a service animal to an event, please contact the Tiger Box Office Plus, 250-782-7443 so the EnCana Events centre staff can properly provide the best service possible.
Smoking Policy – The EnCana Events Centre is a non-smoking
facility.
Smoking and No Re-Entry Policy – During Event Hours
The EnCana Events Centre enforces a no re-entry policy during paid events in the facility. Strollers – Strollers are allowed in EnCana Events Centre; however, they need to be collapsible and fit underneath your seat.

Ticket Scalping – Ticket scalping is not allowed on the EnCana Events Centre or the South Peace Community Multiplex property.
Tours – Tours of the EnCana Events Centre are available for groups of 10 or more by calling 250-782-7440.
Will Call – Will Call is located by the main entrance next to the ticket windows. You must bring a picture ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets to pick up your tickets. Will call is open at noon on the day of the show until approximately one hour into the show

Accessible seating is located throughout the building depending on the event and location of the stage.
Unannounced Patrons on the Night of an Event
Guests, who need accessible seating but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
